I am Sandeep Khaira. After a successful career in India having been worked in multiple profiles for the software industry such as payment expert, business analyst & system analyst, in 2012 I was intrigued by the number of my peers planning to move abroad and researched and decided the same for my personal & professional growth.
With time, my acquaintances approached me for my help, support & guidance, while I was working in my new job and I helped quite a few people to prepare their applications, move to Germany & finally guided them to land their European dream jobs!
As I was enjoying the process, so I took no time in getting my company registered in Jan 2016 & started providing career support (find a job in Germany, & EU, & Job Seeker Visa application) to new aspirants as a secondary occupation. I was getting clients through references, so the market was spreading with word of mouth.
One fine day in Dec 2018, I just picked up my camera, shot my first video & published it on YouTube (YouTube/c/conical education). Although the video was very raw, but to my surprise, a significant number of people loved it. It gave a new direction to my second profession. Facing some personal & professional challenges in 2019 & 2020, I pursued my journey & now I am getting a lot of love from my YouTube family. I have helped hundreds of people move to Germany, with quite a less hassle and money in a very little time.
