Coach Sandeep Khaira / Conical Education is the same company. We sell career courses online.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.

GENERAL CONDITIONS-
As the users/students of our products/services, we reserve the right to use your testimonials including text, video and screenshots from our community group in the marketing or advertising material. If you purchase the products/services, you agree to the same.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Communications-

By creating an Account on our service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

Subscriptions-

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic
basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically finish. You will have to renew the services manually by making payment for next cycle.

A valid payment method, including credit card or net-banking, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Coach Sandeep Khaira with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Coach Sandeep Khaira to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment Instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Coach Sandeep Khaira will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

The initial term for your subscription of Services will begin on the Effective Date of payment for the services. After the Term of 12 months or securing your 1st job, whichever comes first, the services will expire. This to avoid misuse of the service offered to you or any negligent or unreasonable or inappropriate use of the website or the services.

It will have to be renewed for the next term of subscription.The subsequent term of subscription will begin only after the payment for the next term has been made by you, failing which the subscription will expire.

Cancellation
Policy

You may
cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Coach Sandeep Khaira on email at: [email protected]

Paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

After access is granted, due to the sensitive, proprietary nature of the copyrighted content, the company shall not refund tuition fees for any reason. Since the services made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.

That no user/customer shall practise any acts of fraudulent nature.The company shall reserve its right to remove the access to the course/course material without any warning or refund to your purchase if you are found guilty of any of the fraudulent acts including, but not limited to:

1. a) Copying the contents of the course
   (b) Providing access of the course/course material to your friends/family
   (c) Pirating the course content in manner
   (d) Soliciting Marketing Accelerator students and selling them unwanted products

The CEO Mr. Sandeep Khaira has put her immense efforts for almost seven years of hard work into this course. Without prejudice to the fact that the company does not guarantee success in every circumstance, it is believed as well as time and again witnessed that a wise application of the course, shall help in making maximum investment possible. Fee Changes-

Coach Sandeep Khaira in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Coach Sandeep Khaira will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Refunds Policy-

Paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Content-

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content on or through the Service, You represent and warrant that:

(i) the Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and

the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and

(ii) that the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity. We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright.

self harm, narcotics, controlled substances or other products/services that present a risk to consumer safety, deceptive, misleading, fraudulent or otherwise illegal activities.
